The cost of translating an official document is $80 per page for a 7-10 days turnaround. If turnaround within one week is required, the cost is $100 per page.

I have a text that has been translated by a friend who speaks French, can you proofread it?

No, proofreading can only be done if the translation has been done by a professional translator.

I have a text that has been translated by a friend, can you certify it?

No, we do not certify or notarize documents that have been translated by others.

My maiden name appears on the marriage certificate, but I would like you to put my given name on the tanslation. Can you do this for me?

No, we will not alter the content of an official document.

I have a big translation job, but I need a sample translation.

Please send us the text by mail, e-mail or fax. We will prepare a quotation based on word count for translation or editing, as required.

What is the difference between translation and editing?

Translation is the conversion of a text from one language into another. Editing by a third party is intended to exactly convey the meaning of the original text in the translated text. We send our translations to partner translators for editing, and edit text for partner translators as well. This will give you the best results.

Can I pickup my translation and write you a check?

Payment terms require cash or money order. If you pay with a personal check, it will need to clear before you receive the completed work.

Can you obtain a court certification for me?

No, we are not lawyers, but translators. You may need to contact an attorney for the appropriate task, or the appropriate authorities.

My diplomas and transcripts need to be translated into English. Can you do this?

In the US, schools require an evaluation of foreign transcripts. Specialized evaluators offer that service. Our service would cover the translation only. Rates are usually $100 per diploma.
