• Divorce judgments: $100 minimum

• Official documents: 1 week turnaround $80 per page; rush: (under 1 week) $100 per page

• Other documents: $0.25 per word, $70 minimum; rush orders (evenings/holidays): 25% surcharge

• Translation from Audio/Video: $0.40 per word, $80 minimum per hour

• The word count is usually based on the target language, in MS Word

• Cash, cleared check or money order

• Pre-payment is required for private parties

• For companies a 50% deposit is required for orders exceeding $1,000

notes

• Each translation will include, if required, the translator's certification. Notarization, or sworn affidavits are available for an additional fee.

• No certification is issued for editing or proofreading projects.

• Special rates are available according to volume.

• All documents are treated in the strictest confidence.

• Binding estimates, usually in the form of flat rates, will be provided after review of the material and before the work begins.

• Sample or test translations are available -- simply send us your sample document (one page maximum) for translation. The fee for this service is $80.

• Liability for errors or omissions is restricted to correcting the work performed, free of charge. Liability shall in no case exceed the value of the work performed. All liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
